Vocal Naps ist ein Format in dem Künstlerinnen im Rahmen kurzer Naps an ungewöhnlichen Orten im öffentlichem Raum unterschiedliche Verbindungn mit vokalen Experimenten derzeit vordergründig basierend auf Jodlern eingehen. Die dramaturgische Handlung ist dabei auf eine Minimum reduziert. In Auseinandersetzung mit dem Aufführungsfeld ergeben sich ortsspezfische Klanginstallationen performativen Charakters. Schlafen und Jodeln – zwei Parameter, die oberflächlich gesehen in keiner logisch argumentierbaren Verbindung zueinander stehen werden in absurder Weise in Beziehung gebracht.
Anne Glassner (AT) is a sleep performer and visual artist, mostly works with interventions in public space, performance and installation. Her work is process based, site specific and many of her works are concerned with sleep and consiousness, privat and public, fake and reality or borders of legal an illegal. Recently she started researching the subject of sleep in general and the subject of lucid dreaming in particular. She has had numerous exhibitions, performances, workshops in Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, Turkey, Latvia, LIthuania, Armenia, U.S. and South Korea. She has been collaborating with various artists.

Nicole Krenn (AT) is a visual artist and performer based in Vienna. In her works she takes a close look on time and shape manifested in the material of lime stone. dilapidation, dimensions of time and the question of genuine creativity of nature take shape in her drawings. In her performative work she is interested in archaic vocalization of humans and cultivated screeming in polyphonic shape.
