"Just do it! Verfalle und andere Lebensformen"

by Nina McNab

Vernissage 24.05 / 7pm
Exhibition 25.05 - 03.06 / We-Sa 4-8pm

The mushroom also _fungus Schampikus_ feeds on the waste products of human reality. First findings of this mushroom genus can be dated to the time of industrialization, but it is assumed that simpler life forms of the fungus Schampikus already existed with the first sedentarization of man.

The Schmapignon is to be clearly distinguished from the parasite, since it feeds exclusively on material, organic, social and moral garbage products of the (post)industrialized man. So far, its population is primarily mycellin, only rarely does the Schmapignon form above-ground fruiting bodies.

The mycelial structure seems to be globally interconnected, it is therefore assumed that the shampignon can also be regarded as an entire complex organism. Supposed co-workers of the fungus Schampikus are the decays, also Zerschmetterlinge, which are invisible for the human eye, however strongly noticeably, even dominantly the human reality form. Already discovered genera: Performikus Altus, Maskulinus toxicus and Kapitalus Monetarius (also incrementum materiale _ material growth).

They seem to stand in a symbiotic relationship to the shampoo mushroom, are to be understood in their Wechselbeziheungskomplex even as an organic unit. Metabolism, communication and reproduction are not fully understood. It is assumed that this will be possible only in the reverse state of the population relationship between man and Schampignon_Verfalla-complex.
